Personal comment. When you see them setting a new box for all the phone wires in the neighborhood as part of a highway widening project AND you use a DSL internet, run, do not walk to find a good backup or plan on spending four days or so reading news on your phone. "We show no outages in your neighborhood" "We found that 10 houses were mis-wired in the new box". Grumble grumble grumble.
