only 2 pushup so far with no negative D at the top so I think we are safe to assume more up. I'd put it at least 80% probability.

I don't know about just retesting. If we go down there again, we are going down more. I personally hope we won't, and bulls are in good shape if we stay above approx 1190.

It broke the mini intraday downtrend then broke the bigger Nov 16th downtrend just now on both RUT and SPX 15min chart.
