Some sectors like OIH today, if cannot take out yesterday's high today it trying to rally here but even with markets up 9 handles it is weak. Other sectors too like reits, financials. Lower high. Going back to friday's weak close, we set up now for retest of that low.

OIH requires you to buy in 100 lot shares. XOP is comparable, and you can buy any odd quantity.

I think we might close around 1260 and gap up over 200 ma tomorrow. Sneaky bulls. Can't cross over resistance so just gap over.

The daily candle pattern is making me nervous.....unable to break 200 ma with confidence....

too much noise and rumors...expecting a downleg sooner rather than later... but wont bet too much on it

check this out. in the interview with bloomberg y'day 12/5, Tom Demark is calling for a rally to 1342 with time stamp on 12/21.

on 12/4 i made a blog post saying:

I will keep my longs thru the entire traditional Santa Rally. My perfect case scenario is:
a. correction to the end of this week (12/8)
b. next rally leg to the end of this year (12/28 or 12/29)

if you check the rally end date, we are only 3 trading days off. and the 3 days are actually around the xmas holiday with expected irrelevant trading activities. let's see how it goes.

as i disclosed i think myself as demarkian. how do u like my way of showing respect to my teacher?

yes,but i hedge NQ yesterday and today for this important ES short position...now,my NQ brothers died for nothing...

That has been the trend...plus europe may be up seeing that we have been up all day which will give us reason to further rally. With that said I have no position at the moment...waaaaaaaay too dangerous.
