Over the past 10 days, the low TICK has averaged 48% of all issues on the NYSE.

Roughly translated, at some point each day traders sold almost half of that exchange's securities at the same time.

This is the worst reading in 30 years, exceeding the prior record from Aug 2011.

FRIDAY Employment (February). The economy began the year with an addition of 225,000 non-farm jobs.  Last year, the monthly addition averaged 175,000, down from 193,000 in 2018.
