Agree. But you cannot QE forever. The dollar will worth nothing eventually because QE means no foreign coutries would buy US debt, thus all US debt has to be bought by FED. This equals to printing money out of thin air.
No need to worry about no foreign buying yet. It turned out China's holding was underestimated by 30%. It's still the largest US debt holder in 2010, over 1TB ...

China stopped buying year ago. For QE2, OK, some stupid conuntry like China would still buy but what about QE3? QE4? QE5?

ARMs Index greater than 2 often signals rally of some sort on the way.

Today's trade should be very easy. The trend is down, sell any rebound, that's it.

Unfortunately, I came in to late in the day to trade today, looks like I missed a good run.

Some of typical short setup today. Actually, setup doesn't matter today as long as you know the trend is down.

Than there's a short setup at 3 clock. For me, I only do 1 trade a day (that's usually in the morning) so that I have time to water here.

Usually the day after a Bearish Engulfing is a green day, so tomorrow likely green.

Perhaps there's a move towards "risk off" given what is happening both abroad (Middle East and North Africa) and here at home (we're broke). See gold today? New record high over $1,408 an ounce. If you don't own precious metals, you may want to take a look at silver.
