This pullback is weak:

Market leader AAPL down .85
Market leader CMG up 5
Market leader NFLX up 7

This pullback is based on technicals charting and day trading and that's it. Hedge funds have not moved and I'm sure because they are off today (playing golf and on their yachts) monday is going to kill you shorts.

I'm not sure where the market will go as on one hand, the chart looks like a bear flag, so should be a breakdown first (may reverse back to the flag area at the close though), but on the other hand, I see TLT (pink) and FXA:FXY (green) are pointing to a rebound. So let's just wait.

Some guys want the market to close above the 20 DMA, and I guess they'll succeed (DMA 20 now at 1322.33).

That's fine with me, my only wish is that Gaddafi does not succeed... I'm not politically involved, but that guy is really nuts. Can't imagine how it must be to live under the yoke of a dictator who's crazy.

Furthermore I don't want oil to explode to the upside...

Strong close today would favor bulls. For now I think bears are losing the battle. BEAR NEED A STRONG FOLLOW THROUGH THE NEXT MONDAY OTHERWISE STILL WE'LL SEE A NEW HIGH.
