Yes, it is legal! You can buy QLD or UPRO before AAPL is trading, if your calculation shows that their up move will be enhanced even more by AAPL, when it shows up in the game...

HUGH HFT/Algo/Speech hit at 15:41. The pity is that this is what the mkt is now for those not looking at this. The EW pattern is non-existent and that was never the case. It's a random walk for the public where they dictate the course. It's why they open a good down close up 200 higher by buying through the night to stop selling the next day, but at the same time that get no one to play those days. I think I'm starting my 4th month today of watching this and I can't say it's been pleasant to watch the mkt like this for day trading, but it has been educational as to all players partaking in Gresham's Law with every order....skimming is the rule.

The little drop here at the end had no activity at all. Nice round egg sitting atop here. Refer to my post late at night yesterday for illustration:

Do you mind telling me if there is a site where I could see this phenomena? It's really crazy...

Google HFTAlert....($50 a month but they have a $25 version also) you will never look at the markets the same way and I have done so for longer than I care to admit and it is an entirely new game if you can call "we see all the orders and you don't" a game.

TVIX is at its lowest level since july = 15.98. After hrs = 18.58. had highest volume since Aug. today. only 7 days below 18.58 since TVIX started in Dec 1,2010. Any bears on this one?

Without them, we do not trade as they ran everyone out of town. I think Max Kaiser would call this financial terrorism. Here's the problem, and why volume from breathing people sucks: There is no way to predict that. It has ruined trading for those who had acquired a good handle on Elliott Wave. You can see a 5-5-5 now, which had been impossible.
