Fed releases bank plans to fix mortgage servicing

I received an e-mail with the words of someone else posted on a subscription board this morning. The individual said their friend works at one of the Federal Reserve banks, and "all the numbers we report are bogus".

Yes, it is 2nd hand information. But it would be consistent with what an economist I know believes in that the top forensic accountants in the nation could not decipher what is on the Fed's balance sheet, nor does the Fed even know at this point. KAOS Theory?

They just hit over 10% of the stocks in America with quote stuffing. Anyone think these SEC fines are going to level the plating field even 1 degree?

If you started trading in 2009 or later you have no idea as to the level of corruption that is taking place!

Now who has the power to do such a thing? This is truly absurd and I dare say against the principles America was founded upon. You have no control over your position when they can, as they have done in the past, move the Dow up 70 points and back down in 1 second to clear out stops.

Money manager Hussman wrote a great update in Oct (and I can't recall if it was 2010 or 2011 as I read so much, but I think the former) as to how all the QExx did nothing for Japan. As money increased velocity slowed meaning there was no effect at all. But I would presume that their Yakuza made money!

Something is telling me that this all gets reversed tomorrow followed by a thrust up on Wednesday outside the BB and that will mark the top for a 5% correction before pushing higher toward 1450.

Something is telling me that this all gets reversed tomorrow followed by a thrust up on Wednesday outside the BB and that will mark the top for a 5% correction before pushing higher toward 1450.

1450 gives us the Green Light for Argentina as we are structurally far worse than we were in 2007-2008.

Maybe this is an extrapolation of "suspending the free mkt system to save it" by the prior administration and it's "I had to destroy the economy to save it".

I have friends in a virtual myriad of occupations and the only ones not getting hammered are in banking.

Yeah, there was a great one from Icecap management Tyler put up on ZH this weekend. Their saying we're either in the situation of Japan in 1990 or the Weimar Republic in 1922 (if the banks release all the cash they're hoarding to debtors). Sadly...
