03/05/2012 Intraday Watering

Small gap down, so the gap might be filled.

Global ES rebounded right at the trend line, it's the 4th time, so if this rebound fails, whether the trend line would hold is interesting to see. That said, even bears are able to break below the trend line, they still need break below the horizontal blue line blow to make their first lower low on 60 min chart.

I'm neutral at the current stage.

the open is important to know whether the low was in, because if bears couldn't make a decisive lower low then the low was in, this is a typical 3 push down.

The Nikkei, Hang Seng, & India sold off big today. So, we may sell off too.

trendline seems like neckline of H&S ?

closer look at support. break down it'd then be Double Top or H&S top or 1-2-3 whatever you like to call.

Market is non-linear. It can correct in days or even hours, weeks of upside gains.

ISM, of course, coming out stronger than expected 57.3 vs 56.2 expected.
