Cobra - does this current close and action change your intermediate term target from last night at all?
No.

On inverse etf TMF, I've got one more potential wave down to support at (B), then possibly up from there to (C)...IMHO...
Thanks TG
What is your “TrueStrengthIndicator” and what would it be equivalent to on stockcharts.com ?
Its the True Strength Index (TSI) I don't know what it would be equivalent to on stock charts, it measures momentum, from Investopedia:
A technical momentum indicator that helps traders determine overbought and oversold conditions of a security by incorporating the short-term purchasing momentum of the market with the lagging benefits of moving averages. Generally a 25-day exponential moving average (EMA) is applied to the difference between two share prices, and then a 13-day EMA is applied to the result, making the indicator more sensitive to prevailing market conditions.
well, guess that's it for today. a boring day and left me no clue about the next week. could be either up or down at the close here, the chart is ambiguous. thank you guys, I'll see you the next Monday.

what's going on? they heard my favorite number os 1404 and decide to print here?
vol spiking which is uncomfortable. 1404-1400 is the stoppage range. this market is getting hard
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.
uempel wrote:I don't believe that long positions make sense here - except intraday. The market might jump to 1440 but I'm not going to long before there has been a correction down to the upper band of monthly BB 13/1.
I like the short side here - but it's difficult to find the right entry and exit. I've got to school myself in patience without missing the move...
PS: If SPX goes up - there is good resistance up at 1430 and at 1440/50...

i promise to give some to cobra so he can improve this site to the max.
Hear of the lady that accidently gave a $260,000 winning ticket with a $100 bill to a guy at a Bar and Liquor store? She had won $1 million previously and told him to take the $100, buy gas, and stop drinking. He went to cash the ticket there and they are looking for the video. Apparently, "Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers" isn't always the case. Possession might be 90% of the law, but this might be that 10%.
I have the wining ticket too. I don't mind splitting it with you!

Cobra, if possible, could you give me an idea on how you look at GRMN for the short and medium term? I have some holdings and wonder if I could keep them longer. Thx.
