P-Bar = Phantom bar = a way out of range tick that never really happened but shows on charts at Think-or-Swim or Stockcharts and/or others which may perhaps be some sort of glitch that shows HFT intentions. From all my recollection, the bullish ones usually work out. Bearish, not so much.
