HFT bots been slippin' it in that they want IWM lower but these p-bar downspikes don't play out like the upspikes.

I have a similar line, not quite the same as yours...shows resistance around 1402-1403. On a pullback, 1380-1390 could provide support...

GDXJ may be due for a rebound, not small rebound. but I won't say it's a breakout. no target.
