On Global ES, bulls clearly are not out of woods yet, a potential H&S Top could be in the forming so really bulls cannot fail here, must be up and up and up to a DECISIVE NEW HIGH. Let's see.

DAX chart...I can read it better than SPX and since they are going hand in hand its the same
