ARKK went quickly from green to red. SPY is showing an early doji. Price is being held up by energy strength, off of Putin speech and rhetoric.

Update: Tech now strong, led by semis. Homebuilders very strong. FXI downside leader. Dollar again strong, as are junk bonds.

edit, i guess the $CPC and $CPCE levels in the last couple of days were the clues people expected the markets going up.

The Committee seeks to achieve maximum employment and
inflation at the rate of 2 percent over the longer run. In support of
these goals, the Committee decided to raise the target range for
the federal funds rate to 3 to 3 1/4 percent and anticipates
that ongoing increases in the target range will be appropriate
