well, guess that's it for today. Bulls are not as strong as I thought yesterday but still not very weak, so I have no idea about tomorrow yet, need dig a little. Thank you guys, I'll see you tomorrow.

There were a lot of buying near the end but no significant big buys.

My spreadsheet's still indicating a gap down

Market Owl believes the bottom will be u-shaped. The last time he said that, SPY actually formed a u-shaped bottom. I dunno where he gets his idea.

market manipulation at its finest...thats the cheapest way to avoid the massive amount of month end puts coming to market makers...now lets hope Europe cooperates with their pathetic plan

Symetrical triangle is particularly clear on the NASDAQ.
Market is consolidating before it's next move.
Triangles are generally viewed as continuation patterns (good chance downtrend resumes) but can be reversal patterns.
Watch for breakout. Then watch for confirmation of the breakout.
