Cobra, I had the same scenario with a hotel affiliate program and the wording was almost identical. It's how they make money by ripping off their affiliates and not paying out commission due. I fought it and got the money that they owed me but I wouldn't deal with them again as they can't be trusted not to pull the same stunt again.

737controller: sure a risky strategy. Attached see the SPX momentum in several time frames. Most important: see the wiggly indicator on the blue weekly momentum. If the wiggle is above the blue line the market is heading higher. Of course you can be lucky, but at the mom the odds don't support your strategy...

anyone wants to short CHK? it hits a strong resistance. hope to get some opinion.

Personally, I would be careful shorting anything in the energy sector.

For the record, I recently cashed in some of my long positions in energy (SLB, APA, XLE, etc) but have my eye on the
chart. If (they) do another jump up along the upper BB, I am cashing more out, but am ultimately waiting for a Cup and
handle to form from the last week of April -- maybe they take a bit of a rest around here so I can buy back in.

Second test of broken support, can count 5 waves up for a completed C wave...at least see a potential pullback here, with above 20.70 as a stop....
