longer term re relative strength, still waiting for less weakness in trans,iwm, etc...no uptick yet but if it appears then I believe we see strength this fall, maybe Oct?
this is trans etf vs total mkt...$tran, iwm, all look the same (do not seem to see spy weakness when ratio is oversold?)
