Scary for shorts. Except this would be the lowest peak of the VIX on his chart, so...maybe?

I present -

THE MOTHER OF ALL WOLFES

This is the weekly SPX chart. Ratios are perfect so far. Just a bit more to go (1468.41). Never back tested the Wolfe wave on such a long term chart but we are close. Very close. Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock.
According to your chart, W3 is shortest of 3 waves up? is that possible?
This is not EWT. It is a Wolfe wave. There is supposed to be a 6th wave down that touches the Wolfe wave line. On a different note, I am not counting this bull of last 3 years as a 5 wave to the upside. It looks like a 3 waver to me so W3 does not come into the picture. http://tradingjackal.blogspot.com/2012/ ... count.html

DBV is over sold short term, now on daily it's right around the support, a break down will tell bears mean business, a support here I will say "side ways to up" for equities.

Wow Knock! You found a Wolfe too :) Don't rush it though. I see that the '1' fib is falling short of where you have marked 3. However, this does not take away from your potential target as both 1 and 4 are not changed. The only thing that remains is when does 5 finish. Have we finished the setup or is there more downside to the dollar before the setup is finished. Either way, looks like dollar is going to have a powerful move up soon. BTW, I would have never picked up that you can have 2 higher than the beginning of 1. Guess EWT screwed me up! Thanks for bringing out such an example. Hope this works out. Kudos :D

I saw various silver charts that recent rally hits the resistance, but as I saw no matter it's SLV or silver future, the resistance is broken. not sure why there is discrepancy? I personally feel silver has fake breakout, but regardless, the resistance line is broken as far as i see.

Knock and Mozart: thanks for the charts and views, shorter term PF has hit the initial target from horizontal count...alternative is horizontal count from breakout, which points toward 32.50 in slv, GL
