Have a good day y'all. Someone's coming to look at my house. Been on the market for six weeks. Price is a little high but it's solid brick with a slate roof, gardens and brick patios. I am NOT going to sell for the same price as the guy down the block with vinyl siding. NOPE> I'l just leave it vacant.
