Just finished calling the folks back East, and I thought I'd stop in at the board.

I noticed that I'd made a mistake on my spreadsheets. All of the sheets since the end of daylight savings in Nov need to be adjusted my 60 minutes. I track planetary hours and everything is off. It's a lot of work but I've got a few days right now around the holidays. I figure this week should be quiet.

I have started to cut out articles from the Northern Miner and paste them onto pages with a chart into a three ring binder.
These are very speculative and the state of miners is negative. I am negative on the market generally. Adding these all together means that the below are not long-term buys. -just for interest. NTA

Notice that my review comment is Dec 6 and what it says. Then notice what happened at $2.80

IRR 26%. NPV at 5% U$166 both with $1479 gold price.
Capital:
phase1 $60M 7,700 tpd for 2 yrs on patent land,
Phase 2 $34 on federal land. 10 yr mine life 74,800oz/yr.

Drilling at Yellow jacket, not part of PEA, (Nov12) 72m at 1.74gpt and 98 gmpt silver . 780 meters of strike open to north and at depth. Increased land package on federal claims (Dec) adding 23.5sq km giving total company land package of 68 sqkm. 53 million sh o/--------

In the video I speculate that this chart - which looks strong on the surface - could have potentially topped (High: $1.83 on 5 Dec 2012).
