well, I would say yes,

+/- on MACD that is less than .1 I would not read too much to it as a cross, and depending on trading station formula it could be off from one another, I know Stochcharts.com and TOS are not calculate the same way depends if one use EMA or SMA. I mentioned it because today's big gap it can barely manage to cross that's all, I am sure tomorrow it will make a clean cross over unless something else change.

MACD histogram and MACD both calculated in EMA. The person who invented had the formula based on EMA not SMA. Yes we will have a better picture tomorrow on shorter timeframe(not weekly), market won't go up or down forever.
