On the very short term and on the very long term you might be right, but medium term it's tricky.

Main Problem is Paulson's Hedge Fund. Paulson is heavily levereged and owns 5% of all gold worldwide - that's huge. What I write is so far a fact, now come the rumors which actually make sense: all the other big HFs are playing against him, I mean Paulson is a sitting duck: he is heavily leveraged and if the price goes down he has to sell. Our view: as long as this game goes on the gold price won't rally...
