Charts edge is usually wrong most of the time....but I agree with your time frame for a high...17/18th +/- has a high indication for a turn....

Once the math is known, many sites could post the number. Like Alexander Elder's Impulse System. Or the MACD. Are you a member of Think or Swim?

I don't suppose TD Waterhouse (mostly idle account) would give me access to Think or Swim through TD Ameritrade. LOL
