Yep. That was my point; they are coming "uncoupled" at least in the short time frame.

Decay over 3 day weekend factors in but I don't know if that would account for it.

I think the HOD on the RUT is in. Intraday divergence with MACD leads me to believe that you won't see $89.07 on the IWM again today.

I am not sure, if what he says means anything. Here is what you could have made just using VIX as your guide post since 1993.(And similar returns using VXO going back to 1984 as your guide)

thx bud, divergence was missing so it cannot be completed, now it is good only in 1min is missing so I think this small leg is final push up
