Small gap up, within yesterday's range, plus any gap after a Major Distribution Day tends to be filled on the same day, so the gap might be filled.

The Global ES looks like a Bear Flag, so the bias is down.

before DAX breakdown the blue line below it's just an imaginary double top, so wait. I thing bears have chances, say 55%.

VDAX (VIX equivalent for DAX) will likely close up today (currently up by 12%). This is not a good news for US equities. Why ?

Copper has been below (or unable stay above more than temporarily) 610 day SMA since September 2011. Could be a signal of long term economic slowdown. I don't know if the Macro view still works in era of FED free candy.

Longer term (weekly here) it's now at trend line support. It will be interesting to see what it does through the coming months.
