Interesting: quite confusing and missleading action after a crossover, but after a few days the market always tanked

You see squeeze??
I don't know, if there is a squeeze I'll short
Check these two lines on the Ichi Cloud: these last few years there was always a big fight when they met, but as soon as there was a winner the market followed. If red manages to break through blue it's an additional bearish signal
PS: Ichi support at 1470ish at the moment, not 1460 (my typo in the chart)

uempel: Nice chart. Could you please keep us posted on this crossover (or not).

doesn't look good but bears need breakdown the thick blue line below to declare victory. overall, bears have hopes.

Nice! Definitely a man's world...look at this blog...I believe I am really the only woman contributing regularly here...hard to tell from the names used on the board....
Funny, recently I have been talking to a bunch of male fund managers about the market and I ask them how they are going to manage their client's portfolio's in the upcoming market downturn, and they respond "what market downturn"??

Pushed this before but will again because it's often overlooked. Women and Men on average (on average) have different strengths and weaknesses. The smart move if you happen to be a guy is to start trying to figure this out. Example women rock climbers tend to be less muscular than men--thus they are forced to be much better at technique than men to cover the same climb. think about that a second. it's huge. they are getting more with less force exerted by paying more attention or at least paying attention in a different way.
we find the same thing in various interactions they are (again on average) getting more out of what is there--so text subcontext body language tone etc in a conversation.
if you are a guy you can learn from this. the point is not that chicks are whey better--it's that you can use the (on average) different approach. if you are some 20 something guy and treat life like a 80s car chase movie (i like ronin better) thing about things like flexibility and the (dude totally twisted i know) idea of being receptive and observant. try to get more from less--don't be in such a rush to come to a conclusion.
which brings us to ambiguity. the place in between. to take action you have to leave this space--but to understand you must first enter it. it's a lot of fun knowing whats going on--but sadly it usually eventually ends in sorrow. men's best attribute--taking action--is also their greatest weakness. it forces them not to doubt or consider things very deeply. later in life that is usually a problem.
so learn from the other. women can learn how to just chill and take action. drama is ok--so is actually doing something. really great women often do this naturally as they get older. men can learn how to do more with less and to be receptive and look for layers of meaning as opposed to simple conclusions. decent guys usually wind up doing this as they get older. the issue is can we benefit sooner in life--by putting some juice into this stuff in a thoughtful way.
range. the breakout could be on either side. wait.

Funny thing about TA business, make things complex, and people will flock to them.
I am pretty sure no one will even care to know what is on this chart.

BB, looks like 5 dma will be held today, bulls are tough fighting, price has power, may be staying short is not a good for weekend, thought?
Price hold up today is good, with bearish sentiments and short term MACD bearish crossed It will be hard to go bulls. if you think 5 DMA is sufficient enough for a support then sure, I am betting on the down side due to over all sentiments.
