Was the intermediate-term top in?

Hi, guys, it's poll time. Haven't done this for quite a long time, not sure if the interests are back this time. Anyway, let's see.

With all the major indices having a pair of lower high and lower low, do you think the intermediate-term top was in?

Yeah every time I shorted at intermediate top I lost money :x

I'm not sure we're gonna drop. If we do, it should be limited.
The outcome of the elections is important and will determine what direction we go.
Before the elections, I think coal (KOL), miners (XME), and emerging markets (EEM) are in buy the dip mode.

Top was not in, is not going tobe in, new high ahead.
Since this time, Bernank is going to be elected for president.

Want to say top is in so bad but Transportation say not so fast, today Financial gave in to da bears, need to see weakness in Transportation. ;)
