Thanks Cobie. Best $10 a month I've ever spent. You can't even feed one of those little African children for that.Cobra wrote:YGF picked last night up 10% today.
thanks XieXian wrote: ... I notice no fib on MSFT or AAPL. Any particular reason? I'm curious how MSFT looks to you (or to any other boardies for that matter). At some point this year I'm going to want to take MSFT behind the barn and do the humane thing. OY

You've got to look at DAX in $
Thanks againDenali92 wrote:Just looking a bit more at the FOMC tendencies – doubt the Fed matters right now – but it is interesting to note that with the SPY’s daily RSI at 81, this is the highest daily RSI reading we have had prior to a Fed meeting in my research which goes back to 1998.
There are only 4 instances of the daily RSI being above 75 the day prior to an FOMC meeting since 1998- the Fed meeting had little impact on the market’s rallies.
The most notable instance I found was May 2007 – where we topped on Fed day (after a big rally prior to the announcement) and fell 35 pts from the Fed day high to the low the next day and then the market rally continued in to a top in June. There have been no instances of the RSI being above 75 since May 2007
So for now, based on my research – as long as we make a new high tomorrow, the rally should be safe from the risk of a major top (not that there will be a major top – just see the research above for the info on pre FOMC tops) until at least after the employment number – though a minor top and small pullback could occur starting any time from tomorrow through to next week (normally it is on Fed day or the day after, but the employment number changes those dynamics)

We'll know tomorrow.Mr. T wrote:We're never going down again!!!
I have long wondered about the lack of popularity of MSFT amongst investors. It's price is stuck south of $30. IMO its value is excellent. I think people hate Windows and even PCs, and some of this is transferred to MSFT.Al_Dente wrote:thanks XieXian wrote: ... I notice no fib on MSFT or AAPL. Any particular reason? Aapl pizzes me off, as when they restrict shorts u never get a true picture of supply/demand, just artificial bouncy shite, cause everyone knows the shorts are few and far between...
The internals pizzzz me off, because spy is levitating on only 1600 nyadv
There is not enough board space to properly articulate why MSFT pizzes me off
etc
Sorry, I can’t help it, it’s my favorite quote of the day:
