if that the case it will only bring it to RED sell, so far the blue sell, next OB on RSI here will give me a RED sell. but from looking at my internals especially VIX, bearish pressure is getting stronger today than yesterday. CCI 144 now favor bears.

What is the trigger point for RSI? RSI > 70?

I am not sure when, I use RSI 14 so I guess taking average of the next 14 bars with price higher above 70%. I am guessing, I only know when it's there, sorry not much of help.
