i went long yesterday after you chided me and the Snog turned green. glad i did!
I am royally embarrassed by this post of mine.
I can't say more than this.
Don't be embarrassed! You saw me trying to explain SNOG and failing. Heck, I went back and read my own posts and was confused. We tend to try and express a lot of information here and use as few words as possible without the reader having any clue as to our intonation. Misunderstandings are inevitable.
for now it's just a typical back test of the breakout base, so wait.

again as always--no disrespect to anyone--just my opinion--but traders who are just starting or who are in the process of developing a style should heed these words.
Second the more different ideas you attempt to synthesize into some model or idea--the more delicate understanding is. Third it's amazingly hard to appreciate but WE ATTRIBUTE MEANING. the market action is absolute--price action is what it is--however what we think it means--which most of use use to "take action"-- is in fact relative. people tend to read this and say "dude that is whey obvious". what is not "whey obvious" is that we tend to mistake our attributed meaning for the absolute price action. we say "this stuff out there means this or that" in fact it means "this or that to us".
so bottom line--if you are starting out esp--be cautious about understanding--don't be shy ask most guys on this site will answer honest questions. second get the idea you are usually not seeing market action or hearing what others mean--you are hearing what you think they mean. third don't mistake your attributed meaning as having originated from other dudes or the market. finally we should all try to be clear about timeframes and ideas when this is actually possible.

My composite trend signal finished turning yesterday and is now up.
My summation index signal is up.
My models have been slow to turn in spite of terrific price action.
This simply means, it took two weeks to repair the technical damage done in one.
So, I am going to be cautious because that is a sign of hesitance or exhaustion.
The trend is up though.
