Are the cross overs of the elipses significant?

the PnF chart still showing 1652.2 to 1656.30 as area of resistance. Looks to be holding strong. A break will lead to a run to 1670. I think it fails myself based on the volume action.

My summation index signal is down. Judging by today's action it could turn up later this week.
My composite trend signal is down.

Last week, the NYMO had accumulated into a pretty significant oversold state.
I anticipate that the stats will show this pretty well worked off by today's close.
So, this particular analytic ought to be neutral heading into tomorrow's FOMC.
Right on time, so Mr. Market can go either way or both depending on what Ben says.

It looks like today's rally was on the large side for the Pre-FOMC staging, which makes me suspicious about tomorrow but we'll just have to see.
