2 years without a real correction of 10% or greater and during that time the market has risen 60% .............. that is one big bubble that is going to do massive damage if bulls don't take a breather and soon.

On the DJIA. the boundary of the lower bollinger band has now fallen below the 200 dma. That has always signalled a correction going back 20 years. Always. You could short the DJIA every single time that event occurs and price will drop.

Well, he and his employee created a separate LLC during my divorce and they have been siphoning off assets and clients to this new LLC before my divorce was settled...so that is called a Breach of Fiduciary Duty...if I can prove this, then I can hopefully take them both to a civil/criminal court and sue them for conspiring to commit fraud...it would be nice to see them go to jail...but that probably won't happen...

If you've never been in a protracted lawsuit you might want to talk to some people who have. It takes YEARS not to mention the amount of time, money, and energy. Having been in two (that's enough for 5 lifetimes I assure you) hindsight taught me that it's best to avoid lawyers and courts at all costs, even if it means someone got away with something. Of course you have to weigh possible ROI of such an endeavor but make no mistake, a lawsuit like this will be costly and painful.
