Kind of Descending Triangle but any triangle usually is continuation pattern so cannot say the chart is bearish biased.

A little long with tight stop.

My summation signal is up. The SPX summation signal remains unconfirmed during open market hours.
My composite trend signal is up.

I honored my summation signal turning up for the R2K yesterday. Small position because reward to risk does not look good to me.
My sense is that we are putting in a trend high around here. So, my emotional preference is to stay neutral.
However, I want to respect the signal just to stay on the right side of the market. If the signals are up, they are up.
My gut says that the market is in thin air and quite vulnerable to something coming out of the blue and causing a nasty downdraft. I would rather buy after that if it hits.
I am headed out for the holiday. Stop is tight so I don't have to pay attention.

RUT2K ,RSI on hourly and 2 hour charts now +70.daily at 66,could go sideways to up for couple days yet.

The low of apr-13 @ 86 USD then 79 USD (low of 2012) but later next year... If it is not a wonderfull bear trap (stop is still @ 96).

failed triangle breakout but the pattern is not bad, could be an ascending triangle, so the bias still is up.

SPX 15m... if pink fails.. look for lower blue lines.. if it holds .. should be the final move in the triangle ABCDE.. then up.

VIX 15m.. yesterdays so pretty and maybe too obvious invs H&S didn't quite work.. but we've morphed into a possible yellow ascending triangle..

Usually if the futures-volatility traders (XIV) are wrong, they reverse quickly to get back on the right side of the market. That’s not happening yet; XIV is on day two of shorting the mkt… not terminally; just enough to be troubling.
Either SPY down or XIV up will get things back into alignment here….
