I assume the green bar at 10:00 was the bots reading Philly Fed beats expectations. While the overall was up under the cover future orders and backlog were both down, confirming the Empire State report. If you want a bullish narrative wait for the Chicago PMI as they are heavily influenced by autos and the sub-prime car loan program is just fine, (until it isn't).
