Wars and refugees to buy homes in this environment is little too much to ask..may their second generation..also, GTA population is continue to increase due to low growth in other provinces due to low oil and gas prices..heard in last 6 months more than 25k people move Ontario from Alberta and Sask. They come here heavy loaded, all the big bucks they made over there...

So I do see RE continue outperforming other investment for next couple of years and sure we will have 80 style crash..who knows...
