RSP equal-weighted spy finally confirmed the bull YESTERDAY
Funny, it did the same thing last time, one day before a big spike
I better take it more seriously 8-)

From my little vantage point, the little RUTs are more in tune with the AD than spy is
One example: note 11/17, see circles, AD up, smalls up, spy down
This is not a new phenomenum, AD guides RUT, (or vise versa?)
