Flat open, so any gap will be filled. The overnight ES doesn't look promising although recovered all the losses but the pullback was deep enough to form a price overlapping which NORMALLY is not a characteristics of a mad bull run.

Euro, if you look a little bit big picture, pretty much look like a Bear Flag, so I suspect there's further weakness ahead, the question is, with euro under pressure therefore US$ carry trade unwind, will the US stock market go high alone?

Is there a discussion that Cobra has after-hours ... or are you referring to late afternoon comments on blog. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something good. :D

$DXY needed a second breakout to stay bullish for a longer swing. Yesterday it failed and its attempt was not even registered on a 3LB chart.
Next move should be important.

Siemens (SI): oversold in a reversal zone.
As Siemens goes…so goes the DAX.

Honey...know any Polish jokes?

(Reuters) - Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner makes a one-day trip to Poland this week for an unprecedented meeting with euro zone finance ministers as growing fears of a potential Greek debt default rip into Europe's banking sector.

No but recently heard some about Timmay.

the open. I don't think this open can hold as it's way too stretched.

3rd attempt at 90 for /cl over the past week and appears to have failed today. 89.05 gap was taken out so i am leaning consolidation here. if 88.19 gets taken out though i will look to get short. i imagine we will attempt the 90 roll after we get some inventory data tonight/tmrw. today will probably be a range day. good luck.

Good morning

If one looks at the wild swings of the rumour driven pre-market (i.e. the joke again that China will buy Italian debt or that Sarkozy and Merkel will give a statement, which is promptly denied...) then I really ask myself if the equity market is still sane or whether it is better to follow the credit market with now 98% probability of a Greek default...
