It appears that The Fed is "down" as all FRB Servcies are currently offline including ACH and FedWire...
Federal Reserves payment system Fedwire goes down, freezing wire transfers between banks.

Translation: the official establishment-sanctioned method of transferring money in America is currently offline!

Which exchange(s) are trading these?

Partially correct. But you will have to find the actual TSX symbols on your own (for different brokerages and quote services), as I will not be trading them, at least for now. The ETFs trade on the TSX, and its symbols can be tricky.

On StockCharts, as you can see, they use the symbol BTCC/B.TO for the Purpose ETF and EBIT.TO for the Evolve ETF. Brokerages and quote services vary.
