Dollar rising and near top- this last "gasp" by the bulls will fail... either that or it was a major short-covering move.

It should go down as the dollar is going higher and higher into the close.

I shorted the full Wave 1, got out almost at the bottom 113.6, and now looking at Wave 3 playing !!! oh well, made some $$$. Cant complain...
