My crystal ball suggest a sharp sell off from here today to tomorrow until 3930ish......3965 then 3900ish.

tomorrow is another day to see what the Fed will break.

Raising .25% is the expectation, anything more will crash the market, no rate hike? your guess is as good as any Pro out there. "Rabbit in the hat"
