SPY daily.

4th up day in a row, since the bottom of October 27. Gap up again. Above the EMA 20.

Very bullish.

Gap up today. Like Al Brooks says, consider a gap up like a very long marubozu candle.

"Stun Gun," as one guru I subscribed with, for a year about a decade ago, called it. Gap up and no go.

It's the very first test of EMA20 in 2+ hours so could attract some buyers. Usually a strong uptrend day would touch the EMA20 much later so not a good sign.

The 3rd test of the day high so breakout is a little more likely (than the 2nd test) and when I mean breakout I don't mean it'd be for real as in the most cases the breakout would be simply a head fake (Usually it needs another breakout to be a real one).
