Probably breakdown is more likely instead of a double bottom here as it looks more like a descending triangle.

Chart for the road: on the interest rate decision day like today, it's time to review your bond and interest rate holy grill charts. with this chart I have here, all are well, $SPX:$UST ratio chart, bulls has no worries until a bearish crossed. for now future is bright we need to wear shads.......

Pre Fed media was all sure thing they will cut, have no choice. Well that didn't end well. Powell saying serious dissent for the first time. Betting odds on a December cut are dropping .

Back in the day Forbes had all their columnists do an annual forecast. I remember Ken Fisher writing that they looked at all the major Wall Street forecasts first because none of them were ever right. Bob Farrel has one of his 10 rules talking about when everyone agrees on what will happen, the market will do something else. Ha Ha
