No no, but they give me additional information. If I see a bundle of resistance somewhere (not only MAs) I tend to close intraday longs resp. cover intraday shorts. I closed intraday longs at 144 because I've been targeting this area since yesterday. But nota bene: I'm not short.pady wrote:@uempel...uempel wrote:Update:
How do you come to trading conclusions based on your chart ? All I see is the MAs ( for fibo numbers ). Do you trade just using these ?

yes, the target still valid " as long ES above today's low, then target is 1280 " and YM 12090 but that on the chart, I lways remember trading is art and exit is more important than the entry, I ahve a nice day and I have to be flat to be ready for Monday and I saw a clear shift in Dow bid contract that might turn my nice gain to a small one, so I decided to close the positions. Also this trade ( long 1223.50 ) took more than 10 hours from me and I am tired now.. with + 30 poits ES I can be happy and ready for next week.jarbo456 wrote:haha...what the heck?! i thought you didn't see anything bearish until at least 1265/1270...and or 12090 for the C&H pattern you put up earlier...loltdo722 wrote:why? what do you see?Dow Trader wrote:Closed all longs

I did see on cnbc the Government regulator, working the MF global bankruptcy, smile in a knowing way when asked if there were any other companies in trouble (in hallways after a MF global bankruptcy meeting), he said nothing and walked away. Maybe more to come. Is JEF still in the crosshairs?
Down 10% from vol exhaustion sign.
