OR high as resistance, breakout then my 80% chances target failed the 5th time (out of 10) this month, so far only 50% chances. And this is why I said don't follow unless you know my complete setup which of course have solution to deal with the failure otherwise it won't be a complete set of setup. Again, I'm not in a legal position to give specific buy/sell signals, you should be aware that.

Would you please elaborate a bit your "complete setup", i.e. how would you deal with the failure?

FWIW I'm holding onto TVIX at the moment hoping for the downside. I'm not feeling as good about it as I did a while back but don't have that sick feeling either. Not far from break-even at the moment.

i think, and it sort of corresponds with Dowtrader's upper cloud limit...

last chance for bears would be here, retrace to the trend line before heading down again. if it goes straight up, then bears are done, and i'll have lost my entire short profit.

extended consolidation below the trend line is also bad for bears.

True. We might have a 5-3-5 Zig Zag down from 1,266 and this is Wave 1 of the end of year rally. Today's low will have to hold for that to be the case, obviously.

Nice double top, now looking at mid BB for support for next buy. keep it simple folks a resistance right at 1 std is not strong bulls as I would hope for, see MACD I high lighted last week.
