but the volume for the last push seems not comply with rising wedge rule, doesn't it?Cobra wrote:by the way, if we fail here, then you can finally call it a Rising Wedge. this was what I mean ascending triangle can turn into rising wedge.
Of course I believe the market will finish very near the HOD...that seems to be the mode of operation.SB73 wrote:SPY 125.90, 125.97, 126.10SB73 wrote:Cobra,

Clue? strongest globals are EWQ, EWP, EWI
Jarbo, what’s the euro doing?...Or just a plain old garden-variety short squeeze….
bears would've liked to have the digesting going on around 1.2850 instead of a hundred pips higher...but they have a hundred pips to spare to 1.3150 or so before the bulls could realistically say there might be some kind of bottom put in. there's some chatter about portfolio repositioning into the end of the year with funds selling overhedged positions in the EUR (aka buying back EUR), but on the longer term chart, the EUR still looks rather weak. next stop 1.2650 seems pretty guaranteed barring major fundamentals shifts.
sentiment remains extremely EUR bearish.

according to cobra's inertia law, we see a higher high first before any low to visit???lqiantobe wrote:Corba, If today is the valid breakout, do you still expect tmr will be down day? Or at least tmr will be a HH
How to tell if it's intraday pattern or tomorrow has HH?Cobra wrote:statistically, tomorrow should be red.lqiantobe wrote:Corba, If today is the valid breakout, do you still expect tmr will be down day? Or at least tmr will be a HH
the breakout today is for intraday pattern only. valid only on 5 min chart.
So a downfall can occur any time?Cobra wrote:again, this is the Rising Wedge. You guys got it?
No. a pattern only valid if indeed breakout as it supposed to be, otherwise it's just an imaginary pattern, not the real one!knock wrote:So a downfall can occur any time?Cobra wrote:again, this is the Rising Wedge. You guys got it?
