I don't know if this is the correct count...but it's possible...hopefully that wave 5 will be the low for treasuries...it would be good to see interest rates make a double bottom and treasuries a double top at some point in the next year or so....

otherwise buying a home is going to get a lot harder for new homebuyers and I don't know if bernanke wants real estate market to dry up...

The alternate count is that it's abc down instead of 12345....so could be the bottom or not...TNX makes me think it's a 12345 down....TNX looks like it could pullback, but maybe try for another high....whether it gets one or not IDK...

I actually bot my house near the height of the market here..and I can now sell it for more than I bot it....

Prices will only go up from here...not much inventory...they don't build many new houses in this area....

Silicon Valley is rated much similar to San Francisco and New York...

In SF if you find a rental you like, you have to make a "bid" for the rental...they highest bidder wins...crazy!

well, guess that's it for today. I don't think the selling is over but according to stock trader's almanac, OE day tomorrow has been up 7 in a row for dow. Thank you guys, I'll see you tomorrow.

before the close, please take a little time to vote for me, thanks. http://stockcharts.com/public/1684859/tenpp

today is actually special, my main computer was completely on strike since 6pm yesterday, so I had to start an emergency plan like I've drilled, luckily I don't think you're aware that I'm handicapped. I'm really glad everything has a double plan finally pays off and you can be rest sure that I can provide continual uninterrupted services.
