The only reservation with the short term bear case is that daily MACD doesn't seem to want to head down.

Market not liking Bloomberg report that Germany is preparing plans to shield its banks in case of Greek default.

Nice Chart BullBear. Critical time approaching. I think there are stops lurking below that could take us down below trend of rising lows and bring on lower low to compliment recent lower high setting up trip to Bear Town.
If there is one more push up (next week), I think resistance can make hitting your 100% retracement and getting to Bull Town tough. I am using 56 day EMA (should be around 1230 next week) and 70 week SMA (should be around 1216) as resistance zone.

Bear Flag breakdown as I expected. now key time because it's testing the morning low, let's see if bulls can hold here.

Thanks, I was busy for 30 minutes and the Dow dropped 100 points, now I know why.

Yours is the 5 min chart. Don't get me wrong, I'm 45% short and I do want the mkt to go down big.
