sold half of my /cl position from pivot for +1. lets see if we get a gap fill @ 98.99

would it be consider a good short setup if I short spy now at around $126.20 and set stop loss at HOD?

assuming the 1st leg down this morning and now consolidation, so therefore we should have another leg down?

failed 2 leg rally, now I see hopes for bears. tinted area is the initial target. if breakdown the green line below then it's bear's day.
