bearish biased indeed, then a break down, now a consolidation, so the bias still is down.

Japan & the Hang Seng were unchanged last night.
India rallied big for some reason. Europe rallied.
If EWG (Germany) closes below 23.47, you'll want to consider selling your India and/or European holdings if you're long on them.

I put up a chart a few posts above. Should ideally be one last move down to 1453.75. Anything below and we are looking for a bigger dive. By all bullish means, we should soon setup for a climb in the 5th for SPX. Of course, the market knows best
