Based on the returns, there are many you can short. PHK should be one of the last things you should short.

Added to PHK, 150 shares @ 11.768

I wouldn't look to short them just based on just a premium to NAV. I'm just saying that if you found a discounted one that could get a little love you could collect the dividend and have some appreciation as well.
